I always assumed I was the type of person who wouldn’t be able to meditate. Then Kate had me doing it within half an hour!!

Kate’s down to earth and supportive approach in delivering the course immediately put me at ease and made the practice feel accessible to me. Since completing the course I have already noticed my sleep is often deeper and I am responding to stressors in a more measured way. 

I’m so grateful to have learned this practice and look forward to continuing to develop with it.
